Our son is really enjoying his singing & group performance lessons! He sang with the band at the school performance & totally rocked it! The staff & teachers are fantastic - very dedicated & enthusiastic. The whole program has not only increased his musical knowledge but also his self confidence. He told me he can't wait to perform again!
My son has been learning guitar here for about a year and loves everything about it. Great program, teachers, and staff. Both their 1:1 classes as well as the group lessons with all kids playing different instruments are very well managed. And the concert every quarter gives everyone so much to look forward to and work towards. Can’t recommend them enough!
We couldn’t be happier with School of Rock Bella Vista! Since joining, Krishnah has grown so much — not just musically, but in confidence and stage presence. The instructors are incredibly supportive and genuinely invested in the kids. He absolutely loves going each week and comes home so excited to share what he’s learned. Such a positive, encouraging environment — highly recommend to any parent looking to nurture their child’s love for music! 🎸🎶
I’ve been attending School of Rock Bella Vista since mid-2023 for vocal training after getting the chance to re-ignite a fire for music and live performance — something I’d stepped away from for nearly 20 years. From day one, my vocal training with the very awesome Eleni has been invaluable. In late 2023 I auditioned for several Sydney cover bands and was lucky enough to land the role of Lead Vocalist in an 80’s New Wave cover band, The Reflection. Fast forward to 2025 and early 2026 and we’ve been fortunate to play a number of sell-out shows across Sydney. People often ask me why I still keep up vocal tuition when I’m already in a working band and gigging regularly. My answer is simple: every single week I learn something new — a technique, a tweak, a tip — something I will use, whether it’s at my next show or the one after that. Striving to be better has always mattered to me, and I place huge value on being able to continue learning. More recently, I’ve also started learning guitar at SOR, joined the Adult Performance Program, and had the chance to put new skills to the test in live showcases — real stage, real production, zero pressure. Being part of this program is incredibly rewarding. It allows me to be a true beginner again, learning and growing alongside others, without the pressure of paying audiences… while still getting that live-performance buzz. The proof? Just 12 months after picking up a guitar, my bandmates in The Reflection now have me out on stage playing and singing in front of paying audiences. No pressure at all 😉 I’m so glad I stumbled across School of Rock Bella Vista. The time I spend there each week is incredibly valuable. The staff are friendly, skilled, talented, and genuinely invested in helping you grow as a musician and performer. If you’re serious about learning, improving, and having an absolute blast doing it — this place rocks 🤘
School of rock is an incredible experience and program for both myself in the adults program, 2 of my kids in the performance program and 1 child in the rock 101 program. I have seen my children’s skills develop and confidence and stage presence blossom. I really do wish I had this school available to me when I was a child!
