Seaton Swim Centre

Been coming here for over 2 years now , if your an early morning swimmer like me , highly recommend, the staff are so friendly and they have just recently given their change rooms a nice facelift...parking outside is abundant and though they are a small centre , they manage to sell swim wear and accessories for all ages and confectionery for the little ones.

Agree with the other 5 star reviews. The shower facilities are modern and always clean, the pool is also clean. The customer service is really why I felt compelled to provide a review. Exceptional service.

Such a family oriented swim centre, staff are extremely welcoming. Matilda one of the young receptionist was so helpful and patient with my children. The swimming instructors were wonderful with all the kids (mine are constantly asking when their next lesson is). Overall, couldn’t speak highly enough of all the staff and the swim centre in general.

I love swimming at Seaton the staff are always friendly and incredibly helpful. Matilda and Holly, the two young girls who work there, are especially kind and welcoming. Their positive energy makes every visit enjoyable, and the whole team creates such a warm, supportive environment that keeps me coming back.

Every time you try and ring this place to make a make up they cancel your class and they don’t give you a credit for a make-up class and they ask you to pay for the money at the end. You don’t get your son or daughter learning to swim rather just draining your money and when you try and ask why did this error happen? They say we don’t know and you’re still going to pay for the monthly fee.
