The quality of teaching and dedication Mario offers is absolute gold — and at an incredibly affordable cost. We can’t thank Mario enough for the passion and hard work he puts into training our children. My daughter has been training with him for almost four years now, attending three 1-hour sessions each week, and the growth we’ve seen in her confidence, discipline, and skills has been incredible. SeonDoKwan Martial Arts focuses on self defence and the realities of street confrontations (not sports). Strategies from confrontation avoidance to principles of engagement are strongly emphasised in the curriculum. No fancy tricks, just effective principles including striking, lock escapes and ground defence. Head Instructor Mario is a knowledgeable and a passionate instructor, who cares deeply for all his students. Students are encouraged to become the best versions of themselves. The sessions are also varied and serve as a great workout! This is great school for those who want to learn self-defence in a welcoming environment. 5 stars!

Seon Do Kwan is a great club with a head instructor that is dedicated and passionate about Korean Martial Arts. He constantly seeks out amazing Grandmasters to train with in Korea to improve his own knowledge and skills so you know you will be getting the best instruction at Seon Do Kwan. Whether you are a beginner or experienced martial artist, you are sure to have a great experience.

There are several martial arts clubs sharing this space. I belong to Muayfit. This is basically an exercise club that uses Muay thai as the basis for the exercise. You don't need to join or pay a monthly fee. There are no contracts. You just pay $15 a lesson and bring a bottle of water and a towel. Iff you already have boxing gloves even better.
