Friendly and professional dance school

I recently brought my granddaughter to Siobhan Dance Studio for a trial class. While the young instructors were energetic and the space itself was nice, I have to admit the overall atmosphere wasn’t quite what I expected. One thing that stood out, perhaps more than it should have for an old fellow like me, was the behaviour of one young woman in the studio. I don’t know her name, and I certainly don’t mean to single anyone out, but she spent an awful lot of time putting others down and talking behind peoples back, I wasn't bothered at first as I know girls can do those things but once she mentioned my granddaughter and how terrible she was at dance I can't let it slide hence writing this review. Maybe I’m just old fashioned, but I came hoping for an environment that felt warm and encouraging for my granddaughter. Instead, it felt a little too wrapped up in image and attitude for my taste. The staff were polite and caring towards my granddaughter, but I’m not sure this is the place we’ll be returning to due to that girl. - Jamal Blackmore
