Learning Spanish at SOL has been a great experience for me. The teachers make sure that the classes are fun, interesting and well paced with a variety of learning activities. Having studied another language at another institution, I find the approach at SOL, where learning is well structured and points of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation etc. are continuously revised and consolidated, to be a standout feature. This school is the best language school I have ever attended. The classes are fun and interactive, helping you to gain the courage to speak and converse. I can say without question that Cris (my Spanish teacher) and Cristina (my Italian teacher) are the best teachers I have ever had. If you’re looking to make friends and learn a language, this is the place for you. Get ready to live your dream of learning a new language, while having fun and meeting amazing people.

I've been learning Italian at this language school since 2022 and it has been fantastic! I've studied other languages in different countries and schools over the years, but Cris is by far the best language teacher I've ever had. He makes every lesson so engaging and fun that you genuinely forget you're studying – you're just enjoying yourself and learning at the same time. The atmosphere is always positive, relaxed, and full of energy. I can't recommend this school enough if you want to enjoy every minute of it!

It has been my pleasure to attend the week’s travellers essential course in Italian. What stands out is Miriam’s instinctive commitment towards her students. She encourages and is patient allowing each class member to progress as both individuals and part of the class at the same time. Her lessons are inspiring so much so that I have continued my Italian language journey with Miriam and I eagerly look forward to my weekly lessons. Miriam is an amazing teacher.

I’ve been taking intermediate Spanish class at SOL for a year now, and can hand on heart say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. My motivation was to try and bring back some Spanish that was fading, and it’s come back in a big way. Cris has a magical way of connecting with his students. He teaches very effectively and in a way that supports you finding your voice in another language, where you make friends with your classmates at the same time.
