Splash's Swimming School - Dandenong

Very friendly and attentive staff. My kids love coming to Splash. Kids learn fast as there is maximum 3-4 kids in a group. There is no waiting and watching until turn comes, but everyone is learning at the same time.

Ever since I moved my son from our local council-run swimming pool to Splash Dandenong, the difference has been incredible. He has not only excelled in his swimming but also matured, grown in confidence, and developed such a strong sense of self-belief. This review is really a thank you to the dedicated, passionate, and genuinely caring team at Splash. Their love for their work shines through in everything they do — from teaching to customer service. You can tell they treat every child and parent like family, and that makes all the difference. She goes above and beyond every week, clearly explaining progress and celebrating achievements. Her communication and care give parents so much confidence. 💦 Bec – The all-round superstar! Whether she’s on pool deck, at reception, or helping with customer service, she’s always smiling, professional, and knowledgeable. You can count on her for anything. 💦 Tey – My son’s first swimming teacher and an absolute gem. Tey’s professional, calm, and goal-focused approach helped my son progress quickly and enjoy every lesson. 💦 Kat – Always full of energy and confidence, Kat is fantastic at customer service and never hesitates to help. She’s professional, approachable, and consistently goes the extra mile. To the whole Splash team, thank you for creating such a positive, family-friendly, and motivating environment. The Splashs' team are amazing. With learn to swim programs from babies up they are experts at giving kids the skills to be safe around water. My child start at 10 months and has been loving it for the past 3 years. Highly recommend

No flexibility on classes. Just worse management. No replies to anything. Just want to deduct money regularly. Your kid will be in same level for months if not a year. They just don’t concentrate on anything. Just the money coming and nothing else. The people who answer the phone has no idea of what they are doing. Just wasting time and money.
