I’ve been learning drumming and dancing here for years, and it’s been amazing. The teachers are super talented with spot-on techniques that really help you improve. Their creativity is next level — the choreographies always rock. The Friday cardio classes are a must-try, full of energy and heaps of fun while socialising. If you’re into traditional Sri Lankan dance or music, this place is the best. Highly recommend!

SLDF is a fantastic dance academy in Brisbane that teaches authentic Sri Lankan cultural dance and drumming. The creativity in their performances is truly exceptional!. My daughter loves attending the Sunday classes, which provide her with a great opportunity to learn about Sri Lankan dance and connect with other Sri Lankan children. Kaushalya, Eshani, and Shyam’s deep knowledge of traditional Sri Lankan dance and drumming, combined with their dedication and creativity, have elevated this academy to a high standard, and it continues to grow. I highly recommend SLDF to anyone who loves Sri Lankan dance.
