The facilities are amazing - currently being upgraded and the membership is extremely good value for money. I come here 2-3 times a week for swimming, sauna, cold plunges and yoga classes.

The competition 50m pool very incredibly fast. Cool water with salted chlorine water helps with buoyancy in competitive swimming, as well as the two meter deep pools. The pools and facilities were also nice, clean bathrooms and showers but it would be nicer if the showers could have temperature change. Additionally, MSAC uses the best of the best technologies: precise Swiss Timing touchpads, OSB-11 diving blocks and STARTTIME-V starters. This place has inspired me and changed my perspective on local state facilities within Victoria. Even my eleven-year-old son loves swimming in the kiddie pools, he’s trying to become a competitive swimming one day, and MSAC is definitely helping. Thanks for this greater place, Jason

As a sportsman, one of my favourite places in Melbourne. The facilities are amazing and the price is very very reasonable. I recommend getting the off-peak pass which still covers most of the day (if you can make it work). The gym is huge, with all sorts of equipments and multiple free weight areas. There are 2x 50m swimming pools (indoors and outdoors), a 25m pool, kids areas and a sauna and spa. The facilities are very clean, well staffed and would happily buy a yearly membership if I was living in Melbourne.

One of the best multi-sporting facility in and around Melbourne city. Options for indoor games (basket ball, volleyball, badminton) and an aquatics centre as well. Traffic / parking will be a headache on a busy day..other than that fantastic experience.

The facilities are great, but if you have any sort of mobility issue or disability, go somewhere else. The hydrotherapy pool closes earlier than the centre, as early as 3 pm on weekends, which is crazy, and all of the disabled spots are consistently full of parents here to watch their kids play sport with no disabled passes (I’ve checked), with no inspector in sight. They need to seriously improve their accessibility, stop this obvious discrimination, and hire a parking attendant to essentially gate-keep the disabled spots near the main entry. There are (sometimes) spots in the multi-level parking, but it’s so much further away from the facilities that it’s impossible if you have mobility issues. Do better, MSAC.
