The customer service was lovely. Rachelle was so helpfully and knowledgeable answering all inquires about signs up. It was very refreshing to experience such bubbly personality at a business.

As a Mother that have two fully grown fish 🐟 Kidd and a third that was frightened of the water, the staff here are top class!! They recognised the child's fear and changed the way they approached the learning to accommodate. My little one has grown into a little fish 🐟 of her own and the fear of the water is now not her main focus. I cannot recommend them any higher, all staff members are fantastic in the own styles of the way they educate the kids sticking to a strong baseline on what is taught and when. We’ve been attending swimming lessons here for quite some time, but unfortunately, we’re not very happy with the experience. The staff are not very approachable and rarely provide proper updates about the kids’ progress. It often feels like they only pay attention when parents ask specific questions. Despite years of lessons, we haven’t noticed any significant improvement in swimming skills. The team leaders are also quite difficult to approach, which makes communication even more frustrating. Overall, I feel there’s a real lack of engagement and accountability from the staff.

I wish I read the reviews before booking. I’ve been a longtime client, yet I get an emergency for 2 weeks and they immediately cancel my booking. I called to rebook and explain my situation and they were not flexible at all. No returns for the make up classes I had cancelled and paid for prior. Unless you rebook with them at a later date which may be months later. These are scamming tactics to keep you somewhere where you are not happy I do not recommend anyone here! Front desk staff are not friendly at all.
