Stellar Swim

My son absolutely loves going to his swimming class every week. His regular swimming teacher is fantastic and my child has really adapted well to them. All staff are so friendly and supportive. I would definitely recommend this swim school to families with children

My kids absolutely love their swimming teacher Juliana. She is very patient with them and you can see she genuinely enjoys working with children. My kids have very quickly moved up levels as they regularly assess students and the classes are not over crowded. The pool is always clean and I see staff regularly check/test the pool water.

The aqua aerobic classes have some interesting patron behaviour. Think certain patrons acting as if they own particular spots in the pool and trying to surreptitiously wedge others out if they happen to be in 'their spot' - we see you...;) The instructors are generally good however, the pool even at its deepest end is too shallow for anyone who happens to be tall. Scheduling of classes is skewed towards daytime patrons, so if you work full-time your choice of classes is limited. After a reduction in the evening and weekend classes offered we gave up attending here - it just didn't offer value for money anymore. Generally clean facility.

Staff were rude, pools are to hot for swimming, my sister got assulted by a teacher, always hot in there. WOULD NOT RECOMEND!

I’m really disappointed with Stellar Swim Phillip. I emailed twice to cancel my son’s membership and received no response, yet they continued trying to take money from my account. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable . Very unprofessional experience.
