Steppes School of Dance

Highly recommend to any families looking for a great place for their children to learn and enjoy dance. It is evident that the director brings many years of experience to this school and the teachers are incredibly supportive. They all create a really positive environment for everyone to learn and grow. The classes are well structured, fun and engaging, while still helping the students to develop their technique and confidence. The end-of-year performances are incredible and so well organised; it’s amazing to see how much effort goes into creating such a special experience for the students and and their families. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into creating a welcoming and inclusive community.

My daughter has been dancing at Steppes for 8 years (starting when she was just 3) and she absolutely loves it. All the teachers and staff are amazing, very encouraging and skilled at what they do. The end of year concert is always a highlight and a very high quality production. I highly recommend Steppes if your child is interested in dance.

The end of year concerts are a great way for her to show case what she's learnt through the year and build confidence through performance, while having a fun memorable experience with her friends.

We have absolutely loved being part of Steppes Dance School! The teachers are incredibly talented and genuinely caring, creating such a warm and supportive environment for the students. The concerts are always beautifully organised, with so much effort and passion from all the teachers, students and parents coming together creating something truly high standard and special. My daughters have grown so much in confidence and skill during their time here, and we are so grateful for the wonderful experiences they’ve had. My daughter attended this dance school, but we found it a bit too full-on for her. The program requires a big commitment, and unfortunately they weren’t very flexible when it came to schedules or adjusting expectations. It might suit families looking for a highly structured environment, but it just wasn’t the right fit for us.
