Nice hydrotherapy pool go early not busy opens 6am weekdays

Great local pool but staff never answer the phones. Like ever. Very frustrating for members who have multiple kids attending swimming classes and parents who use the gym. Emails take days to get a response. So yeah, answering the phone would be good.

My kids have been doing Vac swim. Life guards 2 to 3 of them stock around talking together but in fairness watching around. But now at 11am peak time there is 1 life guard doing both pools at times needing to leave the kids pool to walk and check the other pool and behind screen pool. Not watching the walking lanes at all. Not her fault. She's good but dangerously under staffed.

Extremely disappointed with Balga Leisure Centre. No one is picking answering our calls, despite trying from four different numbers. This lack of communication is unprofessional and frustrating. Customer service seems completely unresponsive, and it feels like the staff are throwing tantrums instead of addressing genuine inquiries. Very poor experience.

Outside toilet locked up and the want to charge $2.70 for my 9 year old daughter to use the inside toilet.
