We decided to withdraw our children from Success Tutoring Joondalup due to extremely unprofessional behaviour. Tutors were on their phones during lessons, marked incorrect answers as correct, threw papers at my son and told "do this", and even told children that they “almost ditched the class.” On multiple occasions, my children were left without any work for long periods of time—today my son sat for 20 minutes doing nothing. Last week, our Year 10 child was placed in a group with primary school students, which is completely inappropriate for their learning level. This is not a safe or effective learning environment, and we cannot recommend this centre to other parents.
