I came here to learn how to swim, and the coaches are all very friendly, patient, and professional. They have taught me many useful techniques that helped me improve a lot. I’ve gained more confidence in swimming and started to really enjoy it!

Nice 25m heated indoor pool. 6am morning swimmers are very considerate and friendly. Staff here is super friendly and helpful towards tourists like me. The changing rooms are clean and new. Free use of 4 digit lockers. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great facilities and staff are amazing, but I’m so tired of listening to the constant swearing from all the teenagers hanging out (not actually playing sports or using the facilities). I don’t enjoy bringing my kids here because of the constant awful language they are exposed to. I wish staff would ask the high school kids to move on if all they are doing is sitting in the venue shouting at eachother.

The refs here are THE worst, they give out techs to people like it's halloween candy. I was on the court with a team, and we were on defense, one person goes for a layup, my teammate contest it, and JUST because it doesnt go in, its a foul. I complain its a bad call as im dissapointed, and they give out a tech just because it hurt their feelings. Hire actual refs, not just people who want to volunteer and has a criminal record. Fire these bad refs, especially this black shirt guy who has straoght blonde hair, slouched position, and has blue eyes, the most untrained ref ever. I would work here just to give fair games unlike these guys. Also, do something about the air conditioning, even on the bench im feeling extremely sweaty and tip off hasnt even begun yet. Swan active isnt even gonna look at this because their management is lazy and doesnt care about their customers. Courts have a good feel atleast, gets dusty easy though.

As a gym goer, the Wi-fi is terrible! Even when you can connect to it (which is patchy most days and you have to attempt this repeatedly), you are unable to actually listen to music while working out. I think for $84 a month, reliable Wi-Fi is not too much to ask for. Hope this can be fixed as I'm tired of approaching staff and raising this issue.
