Tans Taekwondo

Our son has been with Tans Taekwondo since he was 4, and it’s been an incredible journey. We’ve seen him grow so much in confidence, discipline, and respect. Michael, Claudia, and the whole team are wonderfully supportive. As a Korean family, it is a true honour to have our son guided by a 9th Dan Master like Michael. We are so proud to be part of this community and highly recommend it to any family!

Our daughter enrolled with Tans Taekwondo 2 years ago in Tigers. Michael and Claudia have been wonderful, patient and generally fantastic teaching the kids. I would recommend Tans Taekwondo to anyone without hesitation.

I had been doing taekwondo for six or seven years and even though I quit, I still miss this place and hope I’ll pick it up again. It’s not just a martial art, it’s place to learn life lessons and skills. It’s not all about self defence but having courage, persistence, and passion to strive better. I have made life long memories in that one hall. I have perfected kicks, memorised patterns, learnt how to defend myself in all sorts of ways. I have felt the joy of grading and working my way up in belts. I have struggled with learning new skills I couldn’t get quite right. I have laughed with friends and family and it’s all thanks to this place. Master Tan and Master Claudia are the best teachers anyone could have in taekwondo. That have pushed me to be better and stayed with me along my journey. If you decide to come here as a hobby, a new physical activity, or to lean self defence, you will not regret it.
