I can't recommend ACMA enough! My daughter joined in January and quickly fell in love with karate. The classes have really helped her shed her shyness and gain tons of confidence. After watching her train and seeing her enthusiasm I jumped into the adult classes too. Despite my initial doubts about being too old, Sensei Carl's encouragement and seeing other parents in a similar position helped me take the plunge and my fitness has improved immensely. I'm having a blast in class, meeting great people and best of all, it's a fantastic way for me and my daughter to bond. ACMA isn't just a typical dojo; it's a community where everyone's cheering each other on.

Everyone is very accommodating to new members. They do both karate and combative classes, basically honing your skills and practicing them in one academy. The classes are super great for fitness and self defence!. You get to learn a lot. Definitely Worth a shot!
