They provided timely and highly responsive coordination when arranging music lessons for a Salvation Army client experiencing family violence. They were flexible and accommodating, recognising music as an important therapeutic tool for healing and recovery.

The SoundLab has been such a positive space for my daughter — welcoming, creative, and genuinely encouraging. Her singing lessons gave her not just vocal skills, but a real boost in confidence that’s flowed into her theatre performances. Stephannie, her coach, was a big part of that — supportive, kind, and always bringing out the best in her. We’re really grateful for the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

I have taken piano lessons with SoundLab and have no hesitation in recommending them. The teachers took time to assess my playing and my goals then set about helping me get there. As an older student it takes time and effort to learn a new skill and accordingly they were patient with me but always aimed to stretch me to the next level. The learning environment is really great also with people learning not only instruments but also singing which opens your mind to what can be achieved if you go for it. Go well

Really enjoyed my lessons through The Sound Lab. Great teacher, easy booking process.

It was my own fault for mixing up my booking time, so I was 30 mins too late and tried contacting them with no success. As outlined in their cancellation policy, they weren't able to do anything, except offer a long term solution to buying multiple lessons. I was distressed, and this didn't help me as I only wanted to give singing lessons a try for the first time. Either way, I didn't have a good first time experience, and lost my money.
