Have sent my children to a few different places and this by far exceeds the others. Very happy the children progress really well. Also if you are lucky enough to have Jess as a teacher your child will thrive!

Fantastic place. Very well structured. Starting at 4 years of age. Close attention is given to ensure the techniques of each swimming style are taught from the start. Kids are assessed every three weeks to monitor progress and review if they are ready to move up to next class. Cannot rate this team high enough

I am writing to share my very upsetting experience at Total Aquatic Solutions, where my two children attended lessons. Unfortunately, I felt the environment was not supportive or understanding of young learners, especially those with fears. From the very first interaction, I found the instructor to be rude and dismissive. When I attempted to speak to her about my child, she gave me a palm gesture to wait, treating me like a child instead of a concerned parent. This behavior set a negative tone for our experience. During my second child's lesson, she struggled with a fear of water, which I had communicated to the staff. Instead of addressing her fears compassionately, the lead instructor approached her aggressively, physically forcing her fingers off the safety pole while she cried. Telling a scared child that they have to swim 'torpedo' without floating devices and cannot cry is not only unkind, but it also disregards her feelings. After this distressing incident, she dismissed my child from the pool and made her shiver outside, saying she was "wasting everyone's time." While I understand the importance of swimming skills, the approach taken was harsh and lacking in empathy. When I tried to explain to the lead instructor that my child didn't feel safe, she continued to argue, failing to understand what “safe” truly means for a frightened child. This experience has left a lasting impact on my child's confidence in the water, as she previously had traumatic incidents that made her fearful. Since leaving this swim school, we did assessments at two new swim schools where the instructors immediately recognised my child's fear and approached her with kindness and understanding. It was the best decision for our family to move away from an environment that was unkind and uncaring. I DO NOT recommend Total Aquatic Solutions, based on our experience. Children need patience and support, especially when overcoming fears, and this school definitely does not provide that.

Worst place ever! Do not send your kids here! The teachers here are actually terrible and they don't teach your kids well. Do NOT, and I mean NOT send your children to Total Aquatic Solution. It is better to send your kids to other swimming clubs. Mark my words, you WILL REGRET sending your kids here!
