We had the most amazing experience hosting my daughter’s birthday party at Trident Gymnastics! The kids had an absolute blast—nonstop fun, laughter, and energy from start to finish. The venue was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly set up for an active and exciting celebration. The trainers were fantastic—so friendly, patient, and great with the kids. A special shoutout to Olivia, who was especially wonderful! Her enthusiasm and care made the day extra memorable for everyone. Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday so special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, stress-free party venue!

Trident Gymnastics team are truly amazing and have supported my kids for years with their individual needs of increasing strength, coordination and balance. The facilities are excellent, child safe, inclusive, welcoming, clean, modern, suited to all skill levels, and very family friendly especially with upstairs waiting room with an excellent kids' space. All staff uphold a professional warm approach and are genuine in helping and connecting with families - which helps make each class smooth and easy. Also l like the parent portal/app to help book classes, cancel/make up lessons, pricing, sign business procedures, policy, terms & conditions and book in holiday program sessions.

A comfortable environment with friendly and attentive teachers! Special thanks to Olivia. My extremely introverted daughter adapted perfectly after just two sessions and now says she wants to go every day. They have created such an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere. Unlike other gymnastics centers, this one is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommended!
