Twisters Gymnastics

My sons love going to their gymnastic classes here. The space is spacious, bright and colourful, very kid friendly. Class timetable offers a wide variety to choose from. Online booking system is user-friendly. Staff are friendly and helpful. Most coaches are enthusiastic and work well with children. I like the coaches who actually perform the actions at the start of each station. A few coaches only talk with minimal demonstration, which is a bit hard to follow. All in all, an excellent gymnastics for children.

I have been bringing my girls here for the past year and cannot recommend it enough. The staff and management team are friendly and approachable not to mention professional. The premises is very clean and well maintained. They have a great approach towards younger kids/toddlers and keep things interesting and challenging as they progress to newer levels. We love Twisters!

'How is this (your makeup policy) fair for consumer?' Silent from the reception staff. I filed a complaint to their management. Got a call back from someone called Dan. He did not ask if I can speak, or who is he from the company, asked me to explain what happen and then tell me that his staff felt distressed and felt I was rude and when I asked the above question. Later on any email correspondence also have very delayed and poor customer service manner. Sure you can keep a waitlist for other parents and kids to sign your current unfair, unclear and misleading terms and practices. Then I finally understand the reputation 'twisters gym' has in the community. I would discourage anyone from joining when this company's name is mentioned.

Absolutely terrible staff. Approached the door where there was a girl behind the desk. I motioned to her (not knowing it was closed) she treated me like I was a stalker. Motioning for me to go. I then asked if I could talk to her she then came to door and opened it. I asked her if I could ask her a few questions to which she responded “about what?” I then said “about my son attending here?” She then said they are closed and she won’t discuss work as they are closed letting me know to come back when they are open. I will definitely not be coming back nor will I have anything good to say to the other parents. Why would anyone want someone so arrogant and rude being a role model for their children? I was utterly appalled by being made a complete fool of.

The instructors are helpful and try hard with your kids. Be aware this business has an unethical make up class credit system which is very hard to use. If u want to cancel your enrolment they will make it impossible for you to use your make up classes. You will largely end up paying for missed classes. I would not go back.
