UNDEFEATD - Martial Art classes

My girls and I have only been going for 2 weeks but already we love it. Nicola has been very welcoming and patient with us newbies as we learn the ropes. The classes are a mixture of fitness, strength and self defence. My daughters have tried martial arts before and found the experience very intimidating - but they LOVE Undefeatd! Its a relaxed and fun atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

Nici runs an outstanding program for girls. Both of my daughters have attended and as well as learning skills for life, they have also learnt to be disciplined and focussed while having a great time. I can highly recommend her classes.
