I highly recommend Vital Gym. The gym is clean and well maintained. The equipment is modern and always working. Staff are friendly and helpful. Trainers know what they are doing and take time to guide you. The atmosphere is motivating and welcoming. Great place to train and stay consistent.
We have been attending Vital for almost 7 years. Starting out with the recreational program and moving through the national squads. Vital has always been there to assist with our many questions as a family new to the gymnastics world. They are heavily involved in my daughter’s progress, wellbeing, health and family life. They always make time to listen and are so flexible when we require extra assistance. It has been a wonderful relationship and environment for my daughter to develop and grow not only as a gymnast, but also as a friend, student and future adult. We greatly appreciate all the support in helping to provide her with a beautiful childhood and safe environment to flourish.
My daughter has done competitive gymnastics both on the east coast and in Perth. Vital is by far the best club we’ve experienced. The coaches are kind and caring, motivating the girls with positivity and encouragement. The girls love the time they spend at Vital and feel like an extended family. Thanks so much Vital!
Professional coaching in a family environment, the whole team at Vital help each girl to build confidence and reach their potential. My daughter has been with the club for 5 years and can't wait to get to training each and every time! The coaches are very experienced and supportive, I know my daughter is in good hands at Vital.
While the coaches are great, the administrative side of this so-called family-owned business is an absolute shemozzle. The admin person seems to have no idea what they’re doing or why they’re doing it. Even a simple request for an invoice with a breakdown of charges turns into an ongoing ordeal. Charging for classes on public holidays is nothing short of a blatant rip-off, and the lack of communication only makes matters worse. The published contact number? Just for show—no one ever answers. Bottom line: if you decide to get involved, be prepared to deal with an incredibly unprofessional individual who hides behind the admin mailbox and has no clue what they’re doing. REPLY. I disagree with your statement that the issue has been resolved. Despite multiple back-and-forth emails, I have yet to receive the original invoices. Your repeated disregard for my request to provide PDF copies of invoices is concerning and suggests that your finance system is either incapable of tracking invoices or not designed to do so—especially since the statement you provided does not even reference an invoice number. While you have refunded the fee for the public holiday class that was charged but never intended to be delivered (as my child is not part of the squad holiday program), I would have also questioned the Term 4, 2024 fee. However, given the amount of time this interaction has already consumed, I have decided to let it go.
