Waverley Gymnastics Centre (Oakleigh Campus)

We’ve had such a fantastic experience at Waverley Gymnastics Centre and would highly recommend it to other families. Coach Kayla is absolutely incredible. She is friendly, bubbly and so compassionate. Kayla has such a natural way of connecting with the kids. She builds their confidence while still focusing on proper technique and form, which is the perfect balance. My child has struggled with heights, and Kayla has been so patient and encouraging, helping them feel safe while still gently pushing them to grow. She also manages to give individual attention to each child while coaching the group as a whole, which is so impressive. We also love that she calls them “gymnasts”—it really boosts their confidence and makes them feel proud of what they’re doing. The facility itself is fantastic! Well set up, clean and organised, with a really positive and welcoming atmosphere. The programs are clearly well run, and you can tell there’s a strong focus on creating a supportive environment for kids of all abilities. The themed classes are also a standout, the Easter session this week was incredibly well done and thoughtfully planned, and the kids absolutely loved it! We feel very lucky to be part of such a great centre!

We are grateful to send our daughter to do a gymnastics class here. As she improving her physical both gross motor skills and fine motor skills. And building up her confidence to take a challenge to do a monkey bars, climbing up and flexibility of her body. Coach here very patience to guiding children and very friendly too.

Waverley gymnastics is the best compared to other gyms in our area. My daughter loves her classes with Coach Catherine. No wonder olympians have had a great start in this world class gym facility. I have noticed Coach Catherine session tries to provide tailored help to each child to improve their ability. My child has gained more strength, confidence and composure that is reflecting in other areas too. Other coaches are similarly good with little kids. Thank you Waverley Gymnastics. I enjoy sitting at the viewing platform when my child is in her class. So many other places don’t have the facility for parents to view their child’s classes and that’s one of the many reasons I choose Waverley gymnastics for my 4 years old child.

A Huge Thank You to the Incredible Team! We enrolled our 2-year-old daughter in the junior gymnastics classes at Glen Waverley Gymnastics Centre and could not be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the facility's cleanliness and the sheer joy in the room. The staff are the true stars of the show. They are incredibly patient, energetic, and so encouraging with all the little ones. They have a magical way of turning simple activities into exciting adventures. Special thanks to Sicilia, our daughter’s coach : she remembers the children's names and celebrate their little achievements, which means the world to them (and to us parents watching!). Thank you for providing such a outstanding program. We feel so lucky to be a part of your gymnastics community and can't recommend you highly enough.

The coaches are very friendly and encouraging. The venue is spacious, and the training programs are safe, diverse, and never boring. My child has gained a lot of confidence, improved balance, and much better coordination through the classes. Highly recommend!
