2.0Too many rules coupled with a poorly designed portal! You have to cancel your class before the start of your class day/time. This is done in 2 steps; first you have to notify absence before requesting for a makeup. If this is not done properly they do not allow you to request for a makeup. Makeup classes cannot be cancelled. Their classes are never full with 1-3 kids at most so its just ridiculous that they cannot give you a makeup as long as there is a spot.
