Yarra Swim School

We love Yarra Swim School. It’s a single pool venue - quieter than other pools we’ve been to. The staff are friendly and kind. The way they teach the kids is brilliant - they go at the pace of the child - it’s truly wonderful. The classes are smaller in size so your child will have proper attention. Our 6 year old son said it best “when I grow up I want to be a swimming lesson teacher”. 💙 (his teacher is Sarah and he adores her).

Great place to learn to swim or just in the heated pool. Loads of parking and easy access to the facility. Disabled parking available. Good location with easy access.

This is the poorest customer service I have experienced anywhere. When I sought clarification on several matters, the staff member repeatedly responded with “you have signed the terms and conditions,” which was not helpful at all. Instead of making any effort to explain or address the concerns raised, she chose to reply only with “ok” and the same generic statement. This lack of assistance and unwillingness to provide clarification left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and, for the first time, feeling as though I had been misled.

ATM no hot water in the showers. Not appropriate, especially for kids after their swimming lessons.
