Zone Martial Arts

If you're looking for a great place for your family to get active and social, then Zone Martial Arts is amazing! My son originally started a weekly session through Super Groms, but loved it so much that we brought him to more classes. He absolutely loves it, attends multiple sessions a week, and the team are all so wonderful and patient and FUN, we couldn’t recommend it enough!

Our son has been training at Zone Martial Arts for over a year (Taekyun and MMA) and has progressed through 3 belts — it’s been an amazing outlet for him to burn energy, build confidence, and learn discipline and listening skills. Our daughter also started this year in the Little Dragons class and absolutely loves it (she’d go every day if she could!), and it’s been incredible to see her confidence grow while learning important self-defence skills. The instructors Mark and Jenelle are fantastic and so supportive — highly recommend for families!

My son trains at Zone Martial Arts, he las loads of fun whilst also learning and building on his strengths. Each class is different which keeps him engaged and wanting to participate. The Zone Martial Arts team are great with the kids making it an enjoyable experience every time. I thank them for all their hard work and I highly recommend joining.

My 13 year old son has been going to Zone Martial Arts for the last 2 years. Mark and the team provide such a fun environment to train and he loves the variety of the classes. He loves training with other members and the support and encouragement they give him (as well as the trainers) has given him such a boost in confidence and increased his skills.
